This special jewel box in the West Village was purchased when the owners were in their thirties. Decades later, the couple wanted to upgrade the space with new floors, recessed lights, furnishings, and a gut-renovated bathroom.

We focused on integrating their beautiful art collection with a calming downtown vibe. New white oak floors and rows of tiny two-inch recessed lights anchored the changes. We flipped the layout, swapping the dining and living room space, to allow for a better flow and more seating near the windows.
